Aminopentanol Functionalized Glycans

Each compound in this collection is functionalized with a 5-amino-1-pentanol anomeric linker, providing a free primary amine for straightforward, chemoselective conjugation. The amine handle supports NHS-ester coupling, reductive amination, and other standard bioconjugation chemistries making these oligosaccharides well suited for generating glycan microarrays, protein conjugation, ELISA assays, and development of custom affinity reagents.

The library comprises a collection of glyco-presentations such as sialylated lactose, LacNAc, and Lewis-type epitopes, including extended tri-LacNAc backbones and sulfated Sialyl Lewis X.  These motifs are routinely found on important carbohydrate classes such as human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs), N-glycans, O-glycans, and glycolipids.

Each structure is available with a certificate of analysis (MS, NMR, LC-trace) to ensure high-purity.
