6-Sulfo Sialyl Lewis X is a tetrasaccharide comprising a 6-sulfated N-acetyllactosamine disaccharide which is further modified with a sialic acid on the 3-position of galactose and a fucose at the 3-hydroxyl of N-acetylglucosamine. The anomeric R-group can represent either an aminopentanol linker or an aminopentanol conjugated to biotin.
