Biotinylated Glycans

These glycans are conjugated to LC-biotin through the same anomeric linker chemistry used across our Glyco-ligand line, providing a stable, high-affinity handle for streptavidin- and avidin-based capture. They’re designed for, ELISA-based lectin and antibody binding assays, biolayer interferometry, surface plasmon resonance, and pull-down/enrichment workflows where a biotin tag simplifies detection or immobilization.

The extended spacer arm keeps the glycan epitope accessible after immobilization by reducing steric interference with binding partners. Each compound has been custom synthesized and is available with a certificate of analysis which includes MS, NMR, and LC-trace to ensure high-purity.
