Leveraging our expertise in complex carbohydate synthesis, we deveoped a product collection aimed to assist professionals working in the fields of glycobiology, glycomics, glycoproteomics, and chemical biology.  Our research reagents are synthesized using a chemical, enzymatic, or chemo-enzymatic strategy and are required to pass strict purity standards as determined by NMR, mass spectrometry, and LC analysis.

Our collection of carbon-13 labeled N-glycan standards represents greater than 50% of strctures found in human serum.  Each structure is endowed with a uniformaly labled 13C6 N-acetylglucosamine to facilitate Absolute Quantification (AQUA).  Additionally, the library comprises symmetric and asymmetric targets modified by sialic acid, core fucose, and immunogenic residues.

Glyco-Amino Acids

Fmoc-protected, glycosylated amino acids that can be incorporated into a solid-phase peptide synthesis protocol for glycopeptide development.  

Our assortment of ligands comprise important glyco-epitopes routinely found on glycoproteins (via N– or O-glycosylation), glycolipids, or human milk oligosaccharides.  All structures contain an anomeric C5 aminopentanol linker that can be used as an attachment point for further functionalization (e.g., biotinylation) or immobilization for assay development.    

Glycopeptides

View our collection of purified N-linked glycopeptides.  Each structure contains a peptide backbone with an unmodified N- and C-terminus providing flexibility for further modification.  

Glycopolymers

Polyacrylic acid polymers have been functionalized with a different glyco-epitopes to afford a polyvalent platform useful in a range of biophycial and cell-based assays.
